Community Talent show participants!

The idea for the talent show came in the wake of the murder of Matthew Chew
in 2010 by a group of teens in New London.

Captain Bergeson came to BDJMS for a meet-and-greet lunch with students.

Captain, toured the High Road School, talked with the kids about the excitement
of being a police officer, before giving them the ‘ins and outs’ of the police car.

Prepare yourselves for private duty. Eversource and City Officals had large meeting / briefing at the beach on Monday with all the construction crews. Starting major project on Ocean Ave 1/30. 4 RH White crews and 2 GPL crews. Going to be laying 10,000 feet of gas main and 275 services to residences.

All to be completed by May 1st. Then complete reconstruction of Ocean Ave from Niles Hill to Neptune including curb work and drainage. Plans in works to break up hours so afts can get a nibble.

Local 724 working 24/7

Local 724 responded immediately to L&M Hospital to provided any assistance necessary assistance to two injured Montville officers after being involved in shooting incident on Chesterfield Road.

NLPU delivered 5 pizzas and refreshments to the waiting area for the large number family and friends who came to hospital to support their brother and sister officers.
Local 724 is proud to stand side by side when the call for assitance is heard.
